Todd has led scheduling and operational initiatives across contract and full-time roles, consistently stabilizing production environments, extending planning visibility, and improving delivery performance through structured cadence and constraint-based planning.

His experience includes:

• Extending planning visibility from short-term reactive scheduling to forward-looking structured cadence

• Improving operational efficiency through constraint management and Lean execution
