The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, developing, and helping convert new consulting opportunities for Evocati Praxis Group.
This is a flexible, performance-based role designed for someone who is comfortable building relationships, opening doors, and creating business opportunities across manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and other operations-intensive industries.
The representative will work directly with business owners, executives, plant leaders, operations managers, and supply chain professionals to identify organizations experiencing challenges in production planning, materials planning, inventory, capacity, workflow, and operational visibility.
The role is ideal for someone who is self-directed, confident speaking with decision-makers, and motivated by creating measurable business results.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and prospect potential client organizations
• Develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email, phone, and in-person relationship building
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, plant managers, operations leaders, and supply chain professionals
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand operational challenges and determine whether Evocati may be a good fit
• Qualify opportunities based on business need, operational complexity, urgency, decision-making authority, and potential engagement scope
• Identify opportunities involving production scheduling, materials planning, inventory control, capacity, workflow, and operational data visibility
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and active opportunities
• Coordinate with Evocati leadership to develop appropriate consulting solutions and engagement strategies
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions
• Support proposal development, pricing discussions, negotiation, and follow-up
• Develop long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and referral partners
• Attend local manufacturing, supply chain, industrial, and business networking events when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and opportunity status
• Provide feedback on market conditions, prospect needs, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities
• Help identify opportunities for repeat engagements, expanded scopes, and long-term client relationships
Compensation
This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity designed for someone who may be contributing to Evocati alongside other professional commitments.
The Business Development Representative is eligible to earn a 20% commission on qualifying new consulting revenue personally originated and successfully closed by the representative, subject to the terms of Evocati Praxis Group’s written compensation agreement.
Commission becomes payable after the applicable client engagement has been completed and qualifying client revenue has been collected by Evocati Praxis Group.
The compensation agreement will define lead ownership, shared opportunities, commission eligibility, payment timing, repeat business, cancellations, non-payment, and other applicable terms.
There is significant earning potential for representatives who consistently identify and develop high-value consulting opportunities.

• Professional judgment and the ability to represent Evocati appropriately with prospective clients and partners
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, professional services, industrial sales, or consultative selling is preferred
• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, operations, production planning, materials management, warehousing, or inventory is beneficial but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, prospecting platforms, or other business-development tools is beneficial
• Knowledge of the Jacksonville and Northeast Florida business community is a plus

The Marketing & Growth Representative supports Evocati Praxis Group’s expansion by increasing brand visibility, developing new market opportunities, and helping generate qualified consulting leads.
This role combines marketing, relationship development, market research, and lead generation. The representative will help position Evocati in front of manufacturing and operations leaders while developing campaigns and outreach strategies that create measurable business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute targeted marketing and growth initiatives
• Identify manufacturers, industries, and decision-makers that align with Evocati’s services
• Generate qualified consulting opportunities through digital outreach, networking, referrals, partnerships, and targeted campaigns
• Support Evocati’s LinkedIn, website, email, and other marketing channels
• Develop marketing content, service materials, case studies, and business-development collateral
• Research manufacturing, supply chain, and operational trends to identify potential market opportunities
• Build relationships with prospective clients, referral partners, and industry professionals
• Track marketing activity, lead generation, engagement, and opportunity development
• Collaborate with Evocati leadership and business-development representatives to move qualified opportunities forward
• Help strengthen Evocati’s brand presence throughout Jacksonville, Northeast Florida, and the broader manufacturing market
